To become a center of excellence that is strong and competent in assessing the challenges faced in mining land reclamation through the development of science, technology and socio-institution, to increase the success of reclamation and the quality of mine land reclamation results, while improving the quality of the environment and developing community social responsibility to support sustainable development.
Mission
Conduct mining land studies to:
- Looking for solutions to challenges faced in land reclamation efforts, both mining land, tailings land, and land damaged or contaminated during the mining process, and
- Improving the function and usability of mining land, both ecologically, economically and socially, to improve the environment and improve community welfare.
